Stories for Getting Back To Sleep on Thrive Global

On October 31, 2018 Thrive Global featured another article by educational psychologist Diane Gillespie. PhD, that invites others to help educate people about the adverse effects of sleep deprivation and medications. In "And Miles to G0" She argues that Cognitive Behavior Therapy not only works to increase sleep but is also respectful of people's imaginative capabilities. It puts change in in the hands of people themselves. But sleep strugglers need to experiment with multiple strategies now available, including her own narrative approach available in her book Stories for Getting Back to Sleep.
